We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our fast-growing product and engineering team. You’ll be helping build features that directly impact the health and productivity of workplaces across Australia through clean, secure code and thoughtful product collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain application features using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL (Angular experience is a bonus) 
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to ensure feature quality and user value
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and feature releases
• Contribute to secure coding practices and our ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 compliance frameworks
• Support our AI-first direction by contributing to scalable, data-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails, Angular experience is a bonus
• Solid understanding of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and test-driven development
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with shared ownership
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular or similar)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Interest or experience in AI/ML-powered applications
• Previous work in healthcare, compliance, or enterprise SaaS platforms
