We’re looking for a QA and Support Specialist to help ensure our platform remains reliable, secure, and user-friendly. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about solving user problems through great software quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct manual testing, log bugs, and validate fixes before release
• Track QA metrics like pass rates and defect counts
• Support users by triaging issues and ensuring resolutions are timely and complete
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Use tools like Jira to document test plans, issues, and outcomes
• Help uphold security and quality standards aligned with ISO 27001 & ISO 9001

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software QA and/or support roles
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Ability to write clear bug reports and follow through on resolution
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to write and articulate on structured processes and test cases
• Able to work collaboratively within a structured team environment or independently

Nice to Have

• Experience testing web applications (especially in healthcare or compliance)
• Exposure to automated testing tools or scripts
• Background in SaaS, enterprise support, or technical customer service
