At KINNECT, we are rapidly growing, this is a unique opportunity for a Workplace Rehabilitation Team Manager looking for their next challenge.

At KINNECT, we believe that the journey is as crucial as the destination. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Team Manager to lead the team in Wollongong. Initially, the Team Manager will manage their own case load, as well as lead a small team with the view to growing the team further down the track.
To set you up for success, the State Manager and other NSW Team Managers will provide lots of hybrid support, so you won’t be alone! Additional there will be plenty of opportunities to come to Sydney to get KINNECTed for training & onboarding with all expense (travel and accommodation paid).

JOIN US AND MAKE AN IMPACT
This opportunity is open to Allied Health professionals currently registered with AHPRA, or Accredited with ESSA or ASORC, with Workplace Rehabilitation experience from either an occupational therapy (OT), physiotherapy, psychology (Psych), rehab counselling or exercise physiology (AEP) background. We will be considering candidate with as little as 1 to 2 years practical workplace rehabilitation experience.
The successful applicant will be an A player demonstrating passion/drive to succeed and be able to demonstrate key skills such as leadership, customer-centric approach, team-building skills, and excellent communication abilities.
