As a valued Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service, answering phones, and coordinating bookings and results for health surveillance and assessments. 

As the first point of contact, some of your duties will include:-

  • Answering a wide variety of enquiries relating to new referrals and medical appointments.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and clients via our online chat portal.
  • Scheduling health surveillance assessments.
  • Collating results from health surveillance and liaising with KINNECT’s medical team.
  • Attending to inbound calls from a wide range of clients in an efficient and professional manner.

As a contractor to KINNECT you will:

  • Require your own computer equipment and reliable internet 
    • Minimum requirement of computer specifications (Intel (R) Core ™ i5 Processor, 8.00 GB RAM, Dual Monitors, 64-bit OS x 64-based processor and Windows 10 or 11 program)
    • Minimum requirement for Internet Speed (10 mbps + backup from another provider)
  • Ergonomically suitable office set up, including but not limited to
    • Chair, Desk, Headset, Web Cam, External monitor
    • Environment where there is acceptable background visible during video calls and noise levels suitable for work purposes
