Rehabilitation Consultant – Joondalup
Join our multidisciplinary team as we open a brand new Joondalup clinic, delivering diverse workplace rehabilitation services across clinic, workplace, and community settings.
Make a genuine difference helping injured workers recover and return to work as KINNECT’s next Rehabilitation Consultant in Joondalup. This fulltime opportunity has been created due to business growth and sits within a supportive, high-performing multidisciplinary team, offering variety across rehabilitation and injury prevention services.

Your New Role:
• Deliver workplace rehabilitation services to injured workers, developing tailored plans to support safe and sustainable return to work
• Conduct functional, workplace, and ergonomic assessments across clinic, workplace, and community environments
• Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, and healthcare providers
• Develop job dictionaries and contribute to injury prevention initiatives
• Deliver services including manual task risk assessments, manual handling training, and pre‑employment assessments
About You:
• Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Experience working with Workers’ Compensation clients
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client centred approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
