Take the next step in your career as KINNECT’s Workplace Rehabilitation Team Lead. Join our multidisciplinary Perth team in a senior role supporting consultants, driving high quality rehabilitation outcomes and sourcing new referrals across multiple locations.

Your New Role:
• Manage a reduced caseload of workplace rehabilitation clients
• Provide day-to-day mentoring, coaching, and support to rehabilitation consultants
• Conduct peer reviews and support case strategy and documentation quality
• Support onboarding and development of new team members
• Partner with leaders on service delivery, quality improvement, and team performance
• Participate in business development to support increasing new workplace rehabilitation referrals
About You:
• Current AHPRA or ESSA registration
• Minimum four years’ experience working within Workers’ Compensation clients
• Previous experience in a senior consultant or leadership role
• Strong clinical judgment and a people first, client centred approach
• Ability to influence, mentor, and support others while maintaining accountability
• A solid network with the ability to develop strong relationships with potential customers to help drive new workplace rehabilitation referrals
