The role is based in Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Monday to Friday during business hours. As a Client & Procurement Support Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic while also playing a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operations running smoothly through procurement and vendor management.
As the friendly face of our Gold Coast clinic, you will be the first person our clients see and the lasting impression they take with them:
- Welcoming clients as they arrive and guiding them through their electronic paperwork, providing hands-on assistance where needed to ensure every worker feels confident and supported.
- Keeping assessments flowing smoothly throughout the clinic, coordinating each step of the process so clients and our medical team are moving through their appointments seamlessly throughout the day.
When not with clients, you will support the wider business through a range of procurement and administrative functions, including:
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors in a timely and organised manner to obtain quotes and place orders for equipment and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, supplier contacts, and procurement activity.
- Assisting with sourcing new vendors and gathering comparative quotes to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Providing general procurement administration support to the wider team, ensuring orders are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be required to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 4pm with a 30-minute break, and must be flexible to work different hours on occasion.
