We are looking for our next Team Manager to lead our Bundaberg and Gladstone team and become an integral part of our mission to make Australians healthy, safe and productive at work. This role is based in either Bundaberg / Gladstone, with regular travel to the other clinic.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in the workplace rehabilitation sector is desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or similar)
  • Current registration with AHPRA, or accreditation with the relevant professional body (ASORC, ESSA)
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team, or a clear readiness to step into your first formal leadership role
