Executive Assistant

As our Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our Executive Leadership Team, showcasing your proactive problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.   

Some of your duties will include:- 

  • Coordination of monthly executive reports, ensuring professional standards and consistency  
  • Creating and formatting reports, presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard, with advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team and various business departments as approved by the General Manager  
  • Management and creation of communication on behalf of the CEO, Exec, and senior leadership team to internal and external stakeholders  
  • Meeting agenda preparation distributed in a timely manner and minuting of meetings. 
  • Organising and coordinating corporate functions as directed by the Executive Leadership Team  
  • Responsible for bookings, airfares, accommodation and preparation of itineraries for Executive Leadership Team and other key personnel travel including conference registrations for all staff 
  • Ad hoc tasks and duties as directed by the General Manager
