As the Team Manager at our Rockhampton clinic, you’ll lead and motivate a team of 5 employees to fulfill our collective mission of ‘helping others’. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing service delivery to clients, conducting service reviews with existing clients, and engaging with prospective clients. Additionally, you'll manage the office operations. If you’re an Allied Health professional currently registered with AHPRA, or Accredited with ESSA or ASORC, you'll also have the opportunity to maintain a small caseload, ensuring your skills remain current. Whilst this role offers autonomy, you’ll receive full support from the QLD State Manager, comprehensive induction, regular catchups (both in-person and remote), and opportunities to visit other locations for learning from fellow Team Managers.

This opportunity is open to accredited/registered health professional or a Team Manager with a background in occupational therapy (OT), physiotherapy, psychology (Psych), rehab counselling or exercise physiology (AEP) or those with strong management experience in a health-related fields. Your leadership, customer-centric approach, team-building skills, and excellent communication abilities will lead the team towards success.
