About the Position

The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for answering enquiries related to new referrals and medical appointments, scheduling pre-employment assessments, collating results from assessments, and attending to inbound calls from clients in a professional and efficient manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will liaise with stakeholders and clients through our online chat portal.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package that will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a high volume of enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar role and a background in the medical industry would be highly regarded.
