At KINNECT, we are rapidly growing, this is a unique opportunity for a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant looking for the next step into management to be part of setting up their own clinic from the beginning.

Are you a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant eager to take the next step into management? This is your chance to be part of something new and exciting by setting up our brand-new clinic in Newcastle. As the Team Manager, you'll not only manage your own caseload initially but also have the unique opportunity to recruit and build your team, select premises, and shape the clinic's direction. In addition to development and execution of strategies to promote the clinic's services and foster client relationships.

JOIN US AND MAKE AN IMPACT
- Allied Health professionals registered with AHPRA or Accredited with ESSA or ASORC.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical workplace rehabilitation experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- If not local, a willingness to relocate to Newcastle and provide a timeframe for relocation.
- Previous management or supervision experience desirable.
