HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE

With a minimum of five years post-graduate experience, in this role as an Occupational Health Doctor you will be instrumental in assisting our clients ensure their teams are healthy, safe and productive at work through a variety of: 

  • Pre-employment medicals & sign-offs
  • Health surveillance medicals & sign-offs
  • Onsite occupational health/medicine services
  • Independent medical examinations

The attributes, experience and capabilities required for the role include:

  • Accreditations & Qualifications:
    • Approved with RSHQ ResHealth as a Supervising Doctor (Appointed Medical Advisor) and/or
    • Examining Medical Officer who is able to gain credentialing as a Supervising Doctor (required), and/or
    • Rail-industry accredited Authorised Health Professional (desirable), and/or
    • Medical Review Officer (MRO) accreditation
    • Independent Medical Examiner (desirable) 
  • Experience: Previous experience with legislative and non-legislative pre-employment medicals (required) and hazardous substances health monitoring medicals (desirable).
  • Customer Centricity: A commitment to a customer centric approach towards occupational medicine services.
  • Technology Savvy: KINNECT is proud to be a leader in technology-enabled occupational health, and a high degree to technology capability is required.
  • Communication: Your excellent communication skills will foster clear, efficient, and constructive exchanges of information, helping to keep our team aligned and informed.
