LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN 

Join us and lead our Gladstone Clinic, overseeing a team of around 8 employees. At KINNECT, our Gladstone clinic offers a full spectrum of Occupational Health Services, from Pre-Employment Medicals to Injury Management and Prevention.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead team and manage a range of services, including the busy manage the busy Pre-Employment medicals side of the clinic ensuring compliance with audits, on the opposite side drive the management of Workplace Rehabilitations accounts. This is a great opportunity to shape the future of our Gladstone clinic! 

In this role, you will report to the QLD State Manager, receiving support and guidance, additionally your colleagues in other locations will ensure that you have a strong network to rely on.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE: 

  • Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ ASORC/RCAA is essential. 
  • Minimum two years’ experience working within Workers’ Compensation scheme, specialising in either in Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management. 
  • The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with a proven track record in mentoring team members.
  • Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
