About the Role:

A unique opportunity has opened for a passionate and results driven Key Account Manager to join the ARYZTA Commercial team based in Chullora, NSW.  Reporting directly to the Managing Director ANZ, this pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our commercial growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand.  

As the Key Account Manager ANZ, you will work closely with key stakeholders to cultivate and strengthen relationships with major clients, while partnering with cross-functional teams to foster sustainable growth. You’ll be responsible for nurturing our current core business while identifying and leveraging new commercial opportunities. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership, make a meaningful impact, and combine your analytical, strategic, and creative skills to contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with our company goals and growth objectives.
  • Partner with the NPD team to conduct market research and create comprehensive business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and inspire a capable team to support business growth and create profitable partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, contributing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Play a key role in setting financial targets and managing budget development and adherence.
  • At all times display the ARYZTA Core Values (Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care)

About You:

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in key account management or a similar role, with a track record of sales, marketing, and innovation success, ideally within QSR and wholesale channels. You are known for your commercial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and ability to foster strong client relationships. Additionally, your natural leadership and organizational abilities allow you to build and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.

  • Availability for occasional travel.
