Situated in Greenway Tuggeranong, Greenways Views operates various modern quality food and beverage outlets including, bar, cafes and A la carte restaurant.

We cater for a variety of events and special accessions, and we pride ourselves on delivering modern high-quality food and beverage for our village. We are currently seeking a Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team.

The Role

As the Assistant Hospitality Manager at Greenway Views, you will be working with a highly skilled and enthusiastic team. Our daily focus is to make a positive impact to the lives of our residents and families through memorable food and beverage experience. You will be managing your own outlet while overseeing other village outlets with ease and enthusiasm.

As the Assistant Hospitality Manager your days will be spent

  • Managing your own food and beverage outlet and assisting the hospitality manager by overseeing the remaining outlets in the village
  • Leading and developing the hospitality offerings and service teams
  • Performing daily administration duties requirements
  • Improving our resident and guests’ experiences
  • Meeting company standards

 

About you:

  • Must have extensive manager level experience leading hospitality operations with references to confirm
  • IT savvy with efficient skills in Microsoft word, excel programs etc
  • Operational budgeting, rostering, cost control experience
  • Successful previous leadership roles managing large teams with positive outcomes
  • Previous experience managing multiple outlets and roles
  • Able to come into a new operation and lead from experience independently
  • Experience in managing and developing teams
  • Desire to develop and grow
  • Can do attitude with passion and positivity
  • Holds a valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate
  • mPower Experience (is desirable)
  • Experience in the busy high-end food and beverage operations
  • Steady work history in the same field
