We are seeking a passionate Casual Cook to join our Hospitality Team at the Landings, North Turramurra. Casuals employees will receive a rate of $32.35 per hour + super (includes casual loading).

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and efficient casual cook to join our kitchen team. You will work under the guidance of our chefs and work with the team to provide excellent service delivery with a keen eye for detail.
- Assist in the preparation of meals for our dining room, café, bar & event spaces.
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen space
- Able to work both as a team player and autonomously.
- Adherence to HACCP and LDK policies
- At least 25 - 30 hours per week available on a flexiable rotating roster
- $32.35 per hour inclusive of Casual Loading
About You
- Strong customer service ethos and empathy for the elderly
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Passionate and excited about cooking and creating new meals.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, always looking for continuous improvement!
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications/Certificates (Desirable)
- Current trade qualification (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) or a hospitality qualification
Professional Experience
- Cooking experience in a 5 star hotel, Fine dining restaurant, or retirement village
