Situated in Greenway Tuggeranong, Greenways Views operates various modern quality food and beverage outlets including, bar, cafes and A la carte restaurant.
We cater for a variety of events and special occasions and we pride ourselves on delivering modern high-quality food and beverage.
LDK operates 3 cafés, A la carte restaurant and events. Chefs’ rosters can include mornings, weekends and some evening shifts. No split shifts.
The Role
As a full time Chef at Greenway views, you will be working with a highly skilled and enthusiastic team. Our daily focus is to make a positive impact to the lives of our residents and families through memorable food and beverage experience
You will be responsible for various duties within the kitchen team and will assist the head chef in the overall development of the hospitality offerings
Wednesday to Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Daily duties
- 4 + years of proven cooking experience with good knowledge of basic recipes and cooking methods
- Experience in buffet and bulk production
- Experience in A la carte desirable
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Menu writing and ability to create dishes
- Have your own recipe bank to draw from
- Flexible and team player
- Food safety qualifications
