Registered Nurse - Greenway Views

LDK Greenway Views are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in a Permanent Part time capacity. Working across all shifts, our RN's are an integral part of our care workforce. We are currently seeking Permanent Part time RN's for the following shifts:

  • Afternoon Shifts - 2:30pm to 10:30pm

As a Registered Nurse with LDK, your days will be spent:

  • Delivering nursing care and clinical management to village residents.
  • Promoting and delivering a holistic approach to care, focusing on the needs of village residents and/or community clients
  • Supervise team of Personal Care Assistants and EN's in day-to-day activities for residents
  • Be an advocate and promote the LDK Values of Love, Decency and Kindness

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated skills in complex wound management, chronic disease management, medication administration, continence and/or palliative care (highly desirable)
  • Ability to use technology relevant to the delivery of nursing/care services
