About The Role

LDK is offering great hourly rates for casual RNs to cover sick and annual leave for our permanent Registered Nurses who operate a 24/7 roster. Shift times are:
- Day Shift 6.30am to 3pm
- Afternoon Shift 2.30pm to 11pm
- Night Shift 10.30pm to 7am.
We are paying a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new recruits (payable in 3 increments of $500 each, across 18 months). With a base rate of $46/hr + super, you will earn significantly more due to Award loading when working outside of standard business hours such as:
- Saturday AM/PM Shift: $86.25/hr + super
- Sunday AM/PM Shift: $100.62/hr + super
- Monday to Friday Night Shift: $66.12/hr + super
- Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift: $52.90/hr + super.
As a Registered Nurse you will be required to deliver nursing care to village residents, including those requiring higher levels of care such as dementia and palliative care services. You will supervise Personal Care Assistants on shift, providing them with clinical leadership. Most importantly, you will be an advocate and promote the LDK values of Love, Decency and Kindness.
About You
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in Australia
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Alignment to a values-based organisation
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of senior Australians
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and promote an inclusive environment.
