We are seeking to recruit a Supported Lifestyle Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge! This position will take a lead role in rolling out our new Supported Lifestyle Program. This new program is an initiative for LDK to provide The Landings residents with person centered lifestyle programs. The aim is to engage our Residents in activities they enjoy whilst supporting them with emotional support as required. We are looking for someone full-time or part-time and the working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 

Our new Supported Lifestyle Coordinator will have:

  • Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure and Health 
  • Experience in completing documentation for community/aged care
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Experience working with Dementia clients (desirable)
  • Build relationships and support elderly Residents.
  • Must be a team player and be engaged 
  • Proof of work rights in Australia.
  • Mandatory Vaccination Policy
