About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven casual Receptionist to join our growing team at our brand-new Amberfield village in Yarralumla. This exciting role will report to the Resident Services Manager and provide the first point of contact for our residents and visitors.

As our Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors coming in to the village
  • Greet and assist all residents, visitors and contractors with their inquiries
  • Answer, manage and/or redirect phone calls
  • Process all incoming and outgoing emails through the reception inbox
  • Complete other associated administrative tasks relating to the role including room bookings and stock ordering

About you: 

  • Experience in a busy reception environment
  • Warm, friendly personality
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
