About the role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who is a highly organised individual to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales office. This role involves maintaining a professional image both within the office and in all interactions with clients, vendors, and their representatives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, conducting facility tours, and gathering client contact information
- Handling telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries, as well as booking appointments for the Membership Consultant
- Ensuring the sales office is always ready for appointments and maintaining office supplies, marketing materials, and contract documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, ensuring accurate and well-displayed materials
- Preparing brochures, welcome kits, and other marketing collateral
- Regularly checking the cleanliness and readiness of displays and vacant units
- Updating and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring it’s completed accurately and sent to relevant parties
- Assisting in event preparation and execution, both within the community and at external locations
- Managing and updating customer data in the Salesforce CRM system
- Supporting contract progress, follow-ups with clients and solicitors, and completing settlement form

About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in business or real estate would be desirable but is not essential
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Experience in data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with sales and other departments
- Knowledge of sales metrics and ability to assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
