Plant Operator - Grader

Do you enjoy hands on work and are passionate about making a difference in your community? We are looking for a skilled Grader Operator to join our team and help with with construction and maintenance of our roads. 

As the Grader Operator you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking works as directed by the Supervisors or Manager Civil Infrastructure.
• Competently operate heavy combination vehicles and/or grader and/or pave liner.
• Coordinate and lead a small team of road construction or maintenance crew under the guidance of the road Supervisors.
• Conduct, Manage and actively participate in all toolboxes (On site and off site), safety and hazard identification meetings.

We offer a salary starting at $60,080 to $76,908 gross per annum plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
