We're looking for a confident professional to step into the finance team running in a vital maternity cover role where your knowledge will support the business. If you have a keen eye for detail, passion for computer software skills, knowledge in accounts receivable and debt collection and excellent communication skills, this is the job for you.

ABOUT US
The Liverpool Plains Shire Council is a diverse organisation employing over 120 staff across a wide variety of fields who deliver a range of services to the local government area encompassing Blackville, Caroona, Currabubula, Pine Ridge, Premer, Quirindi, Spring Ridge, Wallabadah, Werris Creek and Willow Tree and the almost 8000 residents who reside there.
The council is situated in Quirindi, the heart of the Liverpool Plains, 65km from Tamworth and about four hours North West of Sydney, famous for its stunning landscapes and rich, highly productive land and is the perfect place to call home.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We offer a salary starting at $1,190 to $1,523 per week plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
