We are looking for a skilled and experienced person to join our team in the role of Ganger - Roads.  As a Ganger you will supervise a small team and participate in the construction and maintenance of roads, traffic services, concreting and other civil works.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for performing correct work procedures for;
  • Road pavement maintenance and construction
  • Guardrail maintenance and replacement Traffic Services
  • Drainage and Concreting
• Supervising staff in the undertaking of work activities.
• Managing and actively participating in all toolbox, safety and hazard identification meetings.
• Undertaking on-call duties (after hours) on a rostered system

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We offer a salary starting at $61,885 to $79,216 gross per annum plus superannuation. The starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
