Have you ever considered a career in supporting young people and helping them to become all they can be? Would you like to make a positive impact in the life of another person? If so, we’d love to meet you and get to know more about you.
Come along to our information evening where we will have some of our staff from our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) team sharing personal stories and first-hand experiences of how they have made a positive difference in the lives of the young people we support.
Our teams of support staff are as unique and individual as the people they support. They come from a variety of backgrounds such as university graduates, teachers, retail, law, nursing, business, psychology… but they all share a common passion. A passion to walk alongside and support young people with a variety of needs, to empower them, support their dreams and to make a positive difference in their life.
Due to constant growth across our ITC service, we have several roles available and we invite you to come and meet with us to learn more about these exciting opportunities. Possible one on one interviews will be held straight after the session.

Please note: we provide 24/7 support for our young people in a residential setting and successful candidates could be require to work weekends, sleepovers, active nights, and public holidays.
