Account Manager – Linen (Health and Aged care)

About the role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a customer focussed professional to join our linen team at Dudley Park, servicing our health and aged care customers including SA Health and other major health providers.
You will be based at the Dudley Park commercial laundry, our state head office, and will be a part of a strong team including linen coordinators based at our customers sites, service and delivery drivers and the customer care team.
Your Job duties will include meeting regularly with our customers and ensuring their changing linen requirements are met and their expectations are exceeded. Regular Joint Service Review (JSR) meetings are held with each major client and logged in a CRM database.
You will be required to resolve customer issues and identify changing customer requirements. Developing client relationships and growing client accounts is part of this role.
About you:
- You are someone who gains satisfaction from helping customers.
- Your experience includes customer relationship management or account management in a B2B environment
- You have a strong work ethic, time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to show initiative and demonstrate good judgement.
- You are friendly and approachable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry experience gained in account management to the laundry, food or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
- We require someone who is a team player and can contribute toward the overall success of our team.
- The position is a full time, Monday to Friday but will require some flexibility occasionally with hours.
