Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance team and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous improvement in plant reliability.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and facility upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Trade qualification.
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
