As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our maintenance operations. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance team and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous improvement in plant reliability.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
