We currently have a great opportunity for an Account Manager professional to join our linen team, servicing our health and aged care customers in NSW. The Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through ensuring the laundry meets the client service expectations and developing successful relationships with our clients.
Linen Services Australia operates three linen plants in NSW with the additional plants at Somersby and North Rocks, so we are looking for a candidate that has flexibility to work at other Plants in the Network if required to support the Business operations.
Reporting to the General Manager Linen Services Australia NSW/ACT and working with the Operations Team at the Rosebery Laundry, a Training and Development Plan will be developed for the successful candidate to transition them into this exciting and challenging role.

Rosebery Laundry is part of Linen Service Australia, the largest Textiles Management and Laundry Operator in Australasia. Our Linen Laundry Plants manage the Textile and Laundry requirements of customers in the Healthcare, Accommodation, Hospitality and Aged Care Sectors.
Duties
- Meets the needs of customers and acts with customers in mind
- Makes improvements based on customer feedback
- Meeting regularly with our major customers and ensuring their changing environment is managed and their expectations are exceeded
- Regular Joint Service Reviews (JSR) meetings are held with each major customer and logged in a CRM database
- Primary point of contact for several Linen Services Australia customers
- Build and maintain good rapport and customer relations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell new products to existing customers and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities within your territory
Skills experience
- Excellent Account Management experience within a service driven business
- Strong work ethic, Time Management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to show initiative and demonstrate good judgement
- An outgoing, friendly and approachable nature with strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and positive attitude
