SENIOR ELECTRICIAN
We currently have a great opportunity for a full time licensed Industrial Electrician to join our laundry plant in South Australia.

Dudley Park Laundry has been the market leader in the provision of linen and managed garment services for over 80 years, with service offerings including garment and linen rental, sale and laundering, uniform design and managed floor care and washroom services.
The Dudley Park Linen and Industrial business is enjoying dynamic growth and we are currently seeking a full time licensed Senior Electrician to join our laundry plant at Dudley Park for our day shift. The shift hours to be negotiated depending on needs of the business.
As a key member of our maintenance team you would be responsible for maintaining the site plant and equipment, e.g. electrical maintenance of industrial washing machines, dryers, conveyors, ironers and folding machines.
You will have:
- Trade qualification as an electrician (Current SA Electrical A Class Licence)
- Confined Spaces Entry (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge and application of OHS&W requirements
- Proven experience in the relevant sectors of the facilities maintenance service delivery industry
- Industrial Fault Finding skills and experience
- Industrial Maintenance skills and experience
- Manufacturing or processing industries experience
- Electrical/Mechanical Installation skills and experience
- Circuit Drawing interpretation and Understanding
- PLC programming and fault finding skills and experience
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics installation, maintenance and fault finding skills and experience.
- Effective Communication skills
There will be a preference for candidates who have:
- Industrial Laundry Experience
- Fork lift licence/Elevated work platform licence
- The ability to read Pneumatic and Hydraulic Schematics and
- A knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for all electrical work.
- Supervision of trades staff and contractors.
- Preventative and corrective maintenance and management of CMMS.
- Fault finding and problem solving.
- Communication with external parties (suppliers and contractors).
- Compliance and regulatory documentation and reporting.
- Leads support for project work and capital installations.
- Capex submissions when required.
