Administrative Officer - Darwin Laundry

This position is a stepping stone and we are looking for someone long term who is committed and is a reliable team member.
Duties
- Data entry of delivery dockets entry for billing.
- Answer incoming phone calls regarding billing queries, product deliveries, service questions and general client enquiries
- Action Customer orders received by e-mail and update the production schedules
- Liaise with the production team and account managers to ensure customer requirements are communicated.
- Processing of credit notes and manual charges
- Shift coverage for Dry Cleaning Shop, booking in garments/products for cleaning and collection
- General administrative tasks
Skills experience
- Can do attitude
- Willingness to be part of our safety culture
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to multitask.
- Previous experience/exposure to online people and financial systems.
- Previous experience with POS DCCS (desirable).
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
