We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 Application Support professional with a strong applications oriented skillset to provide hands on, broad-ranging support to users in troubleshooting and resolving issues of moderate complexity across the organisation's business applications environment.
Working as part of a broader IT team in a dynamic, fast paced retail business you'll take a proactive approach to:
- Providing operational support for all common business applications systems, in particular the company’s Point Of Sale (POS) solution and it’s ERP solutions
- Ensuring systems, solutions and process support are aligned to regulatory & policy requirements
- Ensuring business applications are supported by adequate & tested processes
- Creating/updating knowledge articles & providing training to support desk
- Administering application security & access rights
- Supporting projects including store network openings which will include POS staging & deployment, refits and closures
- On-call support
You'll bring:
- Working knowledge and previous experience in ERP Solutions like Microsoft Dynamics & SAP, Point of Sale (POS) solutions and other business applications (eg. Finance applications, Master Data Management solutions, and Workforce Management solutions)
- Investigation and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Exposure to server infrastructure is beneficial not not mandatory
