Level 2 - IT Application Support | Retail | ERP & POS

We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 Application Support professional with a strong applications oriented skillset to provide hands on, broad-ranging support to users in troubleshooting and resolving issues of moderate complexity across the organisation's business applications environment.

Working as part of a broader IT team in a dynamic, fast paced retail business you'll take a proactive approach to:

• Providing operational support for all common business applications systems, in particular the company’s Point Of Sale (POS) solution and it’s ERP solutions
• Ensuring systems, solutions and process support are aligned to regulatory & policy requirements
• Ensuring business applications are supported by adequate & tested processes
• Creating/updating knowledge articles & providing training to support desk
• Administering application security & access rights
• Supporting projects including store network openings which will include POS staging & deployment, refits and closures
• On-call support

You'll bring:

• Working knowledge and previous experience in ERP Solutions like Microsoft Dynamics & SAP, Point of Sale (POS) solutions and other business applications (eg. Finance applications, Master Data Management solutions, and Workforce Management solutions)
• Investigation and diagnostic skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Exposure to server infrastructure is beneficial not not mandatory
