This is a rare opportunity for you to elevate your career in beauty and join an established Perfume & Cosmetics category management team. Providing critical administrative support, this is your opportunity to build your career whilst demonstrating your keen commercial acumen, superior customer service and immaculate presentation. No two days will look the same as you manage our promotional calendar, report on sales and trends, support with assortment reviews and manage SKU data. Working with luxury brands including the likes of Chanel, Dior, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, BVLGARI, Benefit, Tom Ford and La Mer to name but a few, your key responsibilities will include:
- The accurate and timely management of category SKUs and vendors in ERP
- Coordination of the promotional calendar
- Monthly & ad-hoc reporting
- Supporting with assortment reviews and file maintenance
- Administrative tasks as directed
This is an opportunity for you to build your skillset while working in a cross-functional environment alongside marketing, operations, finance, IT and HR and develop your stakeholder engagement skills liaising with suppliers.
We're looking for:
- A keen interest in beauty & fragrance and basic knowledge of brands, categories, and trends
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field
- Retail experience - ideally in beauty/fragrance
- Exposure to Point-of-Sale and ERP software - highly regarded
- Experience using Microsoft suite (intermediate excel will be highly regarded)
- A high level of initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
