The role

As a Sales Assistant at LUSH Brisbane, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in spreading the love and excitement of our products to every customer who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while always striving to enhance the customer experience. This is a part-time position, with availability needed to work a total of 21 hours per week on the following roster:

• Monday 1:00pm to 6:00pm
• Tuesday 9:00am to 2:00pm
• Friday 4.30pm to 9.30pm
• Sunday 10:00am to 4.30pm

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales-related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
