Part Time Sales Assistant - Northland

The role

LUSH Northland are a strong team who champion ethics and customer experience. They will provide in depth training and upskilling in a supportive learning environment! This is a great opportunity to share your passions and creativity with a well established team! As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. These are part-time positions working the following work patterns:

Position 1 - 32.5 hours per fortnight

Week One:

• Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Saturday 11.00am - 5.00pm
• Sunday 11.00am - 6.00pm 

Week Two:

• Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Saturday 11.00am - 5.00pm

Position 2 - 35.5 hours per fortnight

Week One:

• Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 10:00am - 5:30pm

Week Two:

• Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm 
• Tuesday 10:00am - 5:30pm
• Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
