Part Time Sales Assistant - Hobart

LUSH Cosmetics Hobart are looking for a motivated and driven Part Time Sales Assistant to help take our store to new heights!

The role

LUSH Hobart is a small but mighty team with a big heart and even bigger ambitions! The store is located on busy Murray Street in Hobart CBD, close to hotels, restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the Salamanca Foreshore. The successful candidate will be offered 42 hours per fortnight across 6 regular shifts, with benefits.

LUSH Hobart is looking for someone who can help take the store to the next level! The successful candidate will need to have excellent organization and communication skills, as they will be helping to organize and run LUSH Parties, as well as assisting in the ordering of stock and unpacking deliveries. They will effortlessly provide an excellent customer experience for our patrons. While leadership experience is not required, this position will involve leading a shop floor team to success as floor leader.

This is a part-time position with availability needed for Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
