Support sales as a Supervisor!

The role

A  Supervisor position is now available at our busy and beautiful Chermside store! As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same. This is a full time position with 38 hour availability.

We are looking for candidates who have strong leadership skills and knowledge, are comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, has great communication skills and can thrive in a fast paced environment! The successful candidate will be excited to develop their own leadership skills in a supportive and growth-focused environment, as well as being ready to support the growth and development of their teammates.  Core Responsibilities

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
