Part Time Sales Assistant - Parramatta

The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Your main focus will be enhancing the atmosphere in the store and catering to all our customer's LUSH needs! 

Our perfect candidate will have a bubbly and friendly attitude, a passion for providing the highest level of customer service to our customers and treating them to the full LUSH experience, as well as being KPI driven! This role would be suited to an individual who is ready to dive into learning about everything from our fresh, handmade products to our strong company ethics!

We have two Permanent Part Time Sales Assistant positions!

Friday 12.00am - 3.00pm
Saturday 1.30pm - 6.30pm

Week 2
Thursday 4.30pm - 9.30pm
Friday 12.00pm - 3.00pm
Sunday 1.30pm - 6.30pm

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
