The role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. Your main focus will be enhancing the atmosphere in the store and catering to all our customer's LUSH needs! 

Miranda is looking for passionate Part Time sales assistants with previous retail experience and a strong intuition for the needs of the team and store. Our perfect candidate is adaptable, goal orientated and ready to display the highest level of customer experience. They will be able to create genuine interactions with customers and provide store tours, and interactive demonstrations with all customers.

These are Part Time roles open internally

Core Responsibilities

• Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.
• Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.
• Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.
• Maintaining awareness on the shop floor and communicating effectively with leadership and other staff to determine customer needs.
• Demonstrating products confidently on customer's skin, and creating experiences with customers, contributing to a fun atmosphere instore.
• Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
