2 x Part Time Supervisor - Melbourne Central

The Role

The LUSH Melbourne Central store is looking for a superstar Supervisor to join their leadership team! This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high volume location alongside a passionate and ethically driven team that focuses on driving individual growth and development.

Their ideal candidate has a passion for providing personalised and high quality customer experience! You should be skilled in giving clear direction and feedback, and are passionate about driving sales and supporting staff to achieve their goals. While supporting in admin tasks is a part of the job, the role is designed to be on the shop floor, leading the team to success. 

SUPERVISOR 1

Week 1: Monday 9am-2pm, Tuesday 3pm-8pm, Wednesday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 12pm-8pm. 

Week 2: Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, Sunday 9am-5pm.

SUPERVISOR 2

Week 1: Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, Sunday 9am-5pm.

Week 2: Monday 9am-2pm, Tuesday 3pm-8pm, Wednesday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 12pm-8pm. 

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
