Retail Support Managers NSW and VIC

The role

We have an internal opportunity available for a true Lush leader to further their career! We are on the search for two Retail Support Managers  to lead, manage, develop and support our Retail Store Managers and Teams across NSW and VIC!

This role is full of variety, and no two days (or should we say, hours!) are the same. Retail Support Managers work collaboratively across Support team departments to understand business needs and initiatives, and to deliver on the training, development and support needed to achieve those targets.

 Our Perfect Match

• Has 2 years experience in a management role, preferably in the Retail industry
• Is available to travel to our stores across 
• Contributes to a collaborative, honest and respectful business culture
• Is a proud ambassador of the Brand and able to lead by example at all times
• Showcases, manages and adheres to Lush’s policies, procedures and values and acts professionally at all times
• Has a high level of integrity and ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality in all situations
• Has the ability to analyse, measure and report on initiatives and projects to inform the strategic direction of the retail business and support team.
