The fresh and fabulous Hornsby store seeks a Part Time Sales Assistant!
The role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and help to spread the love of our products to each customer who walks in the door. We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Sales Assistant to work 20 hours per week, with Thursday to Sunday availability preferred.
The Hornsby store is one of our biggest and newest stores in Australia! Hornsby has an enthusiastic customer base and great opportunities for building connections in the community with in-store events and memorable customer experiences. With the store team going through a period of change, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the core team and help shape the team culture moving forward. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the customer experience, who can share in the vision and goals of the store, and who have a high level of communication skills. The successful candidate will also have the flexibility to move from lengthy customer experiences and consultations to multi serving during peak times.
Core Responsibilities

Having genuine enthusiasm when serving customers and displaying the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Taking customers on interactive store tours and finding them the perfect products.

Demonstrating products and creating experiences with customers.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Assisting with other stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!
