Sales and Marketing Manager

 The role

 As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will shape the brand strategy and lead it’s execution across the Australiasian business to impact sales, brand awareness and positioning, and the customer experience.  This role leads the brand stream of the business and ensures that the work of this team aligns with the company goals and objectives, and supports LUSH’s values. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of a rolling sales and marketing strategy across the retail channel in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Oversee brand messaging, including campaigns and brand focuses, based on business objectives, industry trends, or external factors.
  • Manage all communication channels including but not limited to public relations, design, events, sampling and Charity Pot.
  • Share brand messaging effectively across the business, ensuring all teams and people are aware of the direction and can work towards clear goals.  
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time - we work as a team!

Our Perfect Match:

  • Has significant previous experience and/or Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar.  
  • Has excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally.  
  • Possesses a high level of commercial acumen and sophisticated understanding of the retail environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt in any situation and maintain a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Maintains excellent project management skills and strong stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrates significant people management experience with a focus on empowering people.
  • Is an organised planner with long term, strategic business views.
  • Has a strong ethical compass and is passionate about our brand values and beliefs.
