Located in the outskirts on the way to the growing city of Geelong, the Werribee store hosts one of our largest shop floors in Victoria and has an open layout with lots of natural light. Walking in, you are greeted by a central bath table filled with everyone's favourite bath bombs, and a lovely sit down area for in-depth skin consultations. The tight-knit Werribee team is experienced and confident, and the store has a large catchment of customers who travel not just from the western suburbs of Melbourne, but also from regional areas including Geelong and Ballarat. The Role
As a LUSH Store Manager, you are responsible for driving sales, creating a culture of development and ensuring that your store is upholding our strong ethical beliefs and practices. This role is a blend of people, process and sales management. LUSH Werribee is experiencing a period of growth, so we are looking for a manager who can harness that momentum and take the store to the next level. As customers continue to prioritize shopping locally, our new manager will be someone who is excited to build connections within the community and continue to drive footfall into the store. Confidence in training and developing staff of diverse experience levels is a must. You will also need flexible full-time availability to meet the needs of the business, with regular RDOs on Sunday and Monday. Find out more about the position in the job description.

Pacific Werribee is a recently redeveloped shopping centre with plenty of natural light and a spacious feel, and the LUSH store is positioned in a high foot-traffic area in a prime position to attract plenty of attention. Werribee is located 29km from the Melbourne CBD and 43km from the growing coastal city of Geelong, and train services run between Werribee and Melbourne CBD. It is the perfect location for someone who wants the balance of a country lifestyle with easy access to the city. It is also close to the bayside communities of Altona and Williamstown, which offer beautiful swim beaches.
