About the role

As our Compliance and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating statistical models to support decision-making regarding financial, clinical, and regulatory aspects of service delivery. You will translate models into business and clinical intelligence, informing growth decisions and evaluations of team performance. 

Role requirements may include, but not limited to, the following:

  • In consultation with the business, develop strategies to build statistical models that will enable Multicap to monitor growth and performance of Specialised Services.
  • Analyse current systems and processes and make recommendations to inform decision making around improvement, growth and innovations
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators and processes to enable effective monitoring of current and future business processes.
  • Research and identify new performance models which support the key objectives of Specialised Services.
  • Build productive working relationships with other Multicap senior managers to better facilitate the innovation, collaboration and transformation processes.
  • Work with Specialised Services to effectively model, produce and refine key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain reports covering agreed KPI’s and innovation models.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a degree in Business or Health Services, covering advanced research methods or statistical analysis (mandatory)
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (desirable)
  • Three or more years of experience in data modelling and statistical analysis preferably with a focus on  operational improvement.
  • Analytical skills including financial and business modelling
  • Experience in informing  key data driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative, whilst taking direction where necessary
  • Highly motivated to troubleshoot and problem solve to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High level proficiency with all MS Office, databases and financial software applications.
  • A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and the willingness to work within Multicap’s Values and Code of Conduct in order to meet our customers’ needs.

Mandatory requirement:

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain the following: 

  • Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence 
  • Hold a current blue (working with children) and yellow (positive notice card) or be willing to obtain one
  • Hold a current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate 
  • Be willing to undertake and pass a criminal history clearance 

 

Salary sacrifice + Meal entertainment

Attractive Salary packaging including $15,900 packaging limit per FBT year (1 April- 31 March) and $2,550 per year for meals and entertainment expenses.
