About the role
The primary responsibility of these roles is to support, maintain and monitor the Work Health & Safety and Quality compliance at Multicap. Reporting into the Risk, Quality & WHS function, this role will enable the Support Services leadership team to identify, report, and implement corrective action plans to ensure customer safeguarding, best practice service delivery and continuous improvement.
About you
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent skills and knowledge in Quality Management and/or WHS (ISO 9001 and ISO 4801)
2. Experience within the Disability sector, working in a Quality &/or WHS role.
3. Demonstrated experience in internal auditing and the ability to ensure compliance with legislation and standards,
4. Articulate communicator, with sound verbal and written communication skills.
5. A collaborative working style with the ability to foster positive functional relationships, internally and externally.
6. Experience and ability to utilise and work with Risk, Quality and WHS systems.
Mandatory requirements
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold an open drivers licence, and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue card) and the NDIS Worker Orientation training.
