Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. Due to growth in our STEM areas, we’re looking for additional Teachers to join our Maths, Science and Engineering teams. We invite Science teachers with speciality in Chemistry, Physics and/or Engineering as well as Maths teachers who can teach the breadth of Maths methods and specialist to apply. Experience and interest in Gifted and Talented Education programs would be advantageous.
Essential Selection Criteria:
1. Commitment to pastoral care of students
2. Awareness and understanding of boys’ education theories and strategies
3. Substantial knowledge and experience of curriculum initiatives and development in education
4. High degree of discretion, initiative and personal organisation in the execution of
responsibilities and duties
5. Flexibility and resourcefulness in working with a variety of staff members
6. Ability to work collaboratively with teams to enhance the College’s identity as a Catholic School in the Marist tradition

The Recruitment Process
Applications close 3:00pm on Wednesday 3 September 2025.
If your application is accepted for the next stage, you will be invited to attend an interview.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an Interview on a day shortly after the closing date.
All candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
