Primary School Administration Assistant
Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. The College is seeking applications for the position of Primary Administration Assistant, commencing with us in January 2026.
This position has the primary responsibility of being the administrative contact in the Primary School as both receptionist and supporting the Assistant Head of College - Primary. This position is 38 hours per week during school terms or can be negotiated as 2 or 3 days per week, depending on the successful candidates.
This position is classified at a Level 3 School Officer position which has a starting rate of $34.17 per hour.
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and follow direction.
- Advanced Microsoft office suite skills.
- Relevant experience and qualifications in the area of Administration.
- Applicants must have a Blue Card (Working with Children).

The Recruitment Process
