Position Overview

The General Foreman plays a crucial role in managing the overall completion of medium-density developments in conjunction with the project Site Manager. This permanent position is based at our Coffs Harbour location, with the possibility of being assigned to other projects as required. The General Foreman will ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will oversee subcontractor activities, maintain project documentation, and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in construction and project management.

• Trade background in medium-density developments preferred.
• Ability to effectively read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Sound knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Current holder of a Construction Induction Card and First Aid certificate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a commitment to workplace health and safety, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining project schedules.
